Baby / Maternity Concierge
Provide advice on what other expectant parents have found helps when preparing for the birth of your new baby

We can do all the leg work with shopping, recommend and research all the essentials you will need

With a lot of billing now online, we can assist you with setting up your online portals so you can easily pay your bills online, submit readings for utilities etc.
Do you or elderly relatives struggle with everything being online; we can bridge the gap between the internet and real life; anything online we can help explain and do for you if you do not have access or the technology to do so.
Tidying your cupboards, fridge management, help with electricals ensuring the TV is working, explaining how to use things etc.
Do you have certain medications that have to be collected from the hospital or can’t get to the pharmacy we can pick your prescriptions up and deliver them to your door; we can also assist with dropping items/forms to the hospital or doctor surgery
If you’re just looking for someone to pop over and have a cup of tea we would love to help
We are insured and have a locked key safe where we can hold spare keys to your property, if you have an emergency and get locked out we can pop over with the spare key, or provide contractors access to the property if you are unable to do so
We can arrange wheelchair accessible transport
We can provide you with a lift and also a companion to hospital appointments if you struggle to take all the information in and a friend or family member cannot be present. Please note we are not medically trained and cannot provide advise
Leisure and Travel
We have independent travel agents who work for us who have access to book any break or holiday you are looking for
Visit your home whilst you are away to make sure everything is ok, and even stock the fridge on your arrival home
Book transfers to the airport at this end or even when you are abroad
Research the area of where you are looking to stay
With everything now digital and online, we can book your train tickets for you
Just let us know what show you want to watch and we can book the tickets for you
Struggling to get tickets for an event or would like tickets, just let us know and we can book these for you
Book concert tickets online and print the tickets out for you
Pet Care
Feed your cats, dogs, rabbits or fish when your away, other pets can also be fed, please send a request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Walk the dog whilst your away or even at work, or if you need to go out for the day
If you find it difficult to get out we can take your pets for you
Pick up your pets medication, flea and worming treatment from the vet.
Organise delivery or collection of any special food required for your pet
Does your pet need a new bed, toy scratch post etc. we can source these and get them delivered

About me
Hi my names Sophie and I’m the proud owner of The Personal Concierge, I love helping people in any way that I can and I have a wide variety of experience, skills and knowledge. I enjoy organising and researching, attention to detail and keeping busy. I am honest, reliable, hardworking, flexible and trustworthy.
My background is in the property industry and I have previously managed a flagship letting branch for the UKs largest estate agency group. My real passion is to help people and provide a personable service which is why I chose to set up The Personal Concierge; we aim to provide a personal assistant service that can give you the gift of time.
The idea behind The Personal Concierge came from having spent many years helping elderly relatives, family and friends in every day tasks to make their lives easier, and I saw there was a need in the market for a company to help people, our ethos is to treat you like you are family, no matter how big or small the task may be.

We help individuals with organising any aspect of their lives so that they have more time for themselves. You can hire us to do the things that you either don’t have time for; things you hate doing, but need to be done; or things you don’t have the skills to do efficiently.
